With years of experience on radio and podcasting, Sean knows what it takes to hold an audience. The host of Something Shifted, Sean specializes in developing talent and guiding speakers to find their authentic voice - without the pressure of having to be "perfect."
Sean spent seven years hosting the afternoon drive on Good Hope FM, the slot that demands you hold an audience through the noise of the day.
He did it well enough to win a South African Radio Award for Best Commercial Afternoon Drive Show.
He has since moved into podcasting, where he works with speakers, founders, and creatives to help them find a voice that sounds like themselves on mic.
He has hosted media training for aspiring radio presenters, MCed music festivals, sports events, and gala dinners, and co-facilitated the first Speak With Confidence workshop.
He knows what it takes to hold a room. More importantly, he knows how to help others do it too.
TV & Radio Personality
A beloved TV and radio personality, Tracey brings unmatched warmth and emotional intelligence to communication. A particular gift for helping women move past self-doubt into genuine self-expression.
Tracey has been the 09:00 to 12:00 voice on Kfm 94.5 for eight years, a slot built entirely on warmth, wit, and the ability to make a listener feel like the conversation is just for them. She has also broadcast on Dubai 92, bringing that same presence to an international audience.
Her television work spans Bravo!, Dancing with the Stars, and Tussen Ons. Her MC career covers both corporate stages and lifestyle events.
She co-facilitated the first Speak With Confidence workshop, and it is in that room, working one-on-one with women finding their voice, that her particular gift is most visible.
Tracey doesn't teach performance. She teaches presence. There is a difference, and she knows exactly where it lives.
