Podcast Design Days

4 consecutive weeks. Let's  build something you're proud to launch.

Why this matters

A rushed podcast seldom survives beyond episode 8.

Most shows don't fail because the host isn't good enough or the audio isn't clean enough.

They fail because the thinking that should happen before the first recording never happened at all, who the show is for, what it's actually about, whether the format can hold up week after week.

That thinking takes more than an hour to do properly. It takes time to sit with a question, come back with a sharper answer, and build on what came before.

Four consecutive weeks gives an idea room to breathe and take shape, instead of being decided in a rush, alone, the night before you hit record.

You will leave knowing

4 weeks.
Real development.

Week 1 — Intent
Who is this for, and why should it exist? Intent is the foundational work most podcasters skip - and it determines everything that follows.

Week 2 — Form
Length, format, tone - chosen deliberately, not by default. Form is where strategy becomes structure.

Week 3 — Voice
Trailer concept and the show's packaging are developed in this stage.

Week 4 — Release
Distribution, platform selection, launch roadmap - built around goals and capacity

Each week builds on the one before it. You leave with a developed idea, not just notes from a workshop.

A little clarity now saves months of frustration later.

Podcasting can become overwhelming.

Join the next cohort to build your show properly, one stage at a time with a small group working through the same questions alongside you.

Your host

If we haven't met yet, my name is
Sean Loots.

I have spent nearly two decades working behind a microphone.

As a broadcaster, podcast strategist and founder of Latitude Podcast Studio, I help individuals, businesses and organisations build shows with real purpose from the start.

I have also seen what happens when people skip the thinking and rush straight to production.

An idea that sounded good in theory, recorded before the idea was actually ready. The first few episodes go up. Then energy drops. And somewhere around episode eight, the whole thing loses momentum.

This workshop exists to help you avoid that.
